Select the date you need, or the first date of a multi-night stay, then click the “time available” (will show as 12:00am) and enter your information. If reserving multiple days, select each day and enter your information. You will receive a confirmation email for each day of the booking, please click the payment link in the email or the “pay” tab above to finalize the reservation.

No food or drinks in bedrooms.
No pets allowed.
Keep noise down after 9 PM to respect neighbors.
Set A/C to 76°F and heat to 68°F when leaving.
Follow check-in and check-out times.
Take care of keys and furniture.
Do not rearrange furniture.
Wash dishes and clean up after yourself.
Take trash out to the street on Monday night for Tuesday morning pickup.
Put trash bin back in the fenced area after pickup on Tuesday.
No illegal substances or behavior.
No parking on the street during funerals at Colwell’s (you will be notified if one occurs during your stay).
